Regina Goldschmidt was born on February 4, 1895, sixth of eleven children of the married couple Meier Goldschmidt and Therese, née Ring.

Regina Bergmann was married and gave birth to a girl called Frieda in Völkersleier / Lower Franconia in May 19, 1922. From February 1939 on, Frieda Bergmann worked as a maid in the hostel Dürerstraße 20 and later on as a cook in the hostel Bibrastraße 6 in Würzburg.

In June 17, 1943, both mother (aged forty-eight) and daughter (aged twenty-one) were deported to Auschwitz.
