Paula Dessauer, née Adler
Born on September 14, 1893 in Heubach,
deported from Berlin to Auschwitz on March 1, 1943.
Missing

Paula Adler was born on September 14, third of five children of Isaak Adler and Berta, née Plaut.

Isaak Adler is identified on the picture showing the consecration of the flag of the warriors association in Heubach 1899.

It seems as if he died very early so that his family had to be supported by relatives. Paula Adler married Max Dessauer from Berlin (born April 24, 1872). They lived in Berlin–Mitte (central district in Berlin) in Sophienstraße 28-29. Their daughter Anneliese Esther was born on October 14, 1921. Paula Dessauer was deported to Auschwitz with the 31st transport on March 1, 1943, at age forty-six. Her daughter was deported to Auschwitz one day later with the 32nd transport, and her husband three days later with the 34th transport on March 4, 1943.

The date of their death is unknown.
