Simon Goldschmidt
Born November 27, 1880 in Heubach.
In March of 1942 he was deported from Mörfelden to Poland, probably Lublin.
The date of death is assumed to be in October 1942.

Simon Goldschmidt was born on November 27, 1880 second oldest of seven children of the married couple Wolf Goldschmidt and his second wife Carolina, née Ring. Children of the father´s first marriage were twins Markus and Sara.

In 1925 Simon Goldschmidt wedded Babette Schott from Mörfelden. Here he ran a household supply and cattle store. Simon Goldschmidt and his wife Babette tried to get an emigration permission but they couldn´t afford it.

In March 1942 the couple was deported from Mörfelden to Poland, probably Lublin. Both probably died in October of 1942. Assumedly Simon Goldschmidt was compelled to forced labor and was separated from his wife. He died at the age of sixty-two.
