Ruda Italie was born on January 4, 1912 the oldest of two children of Hermann Adler and his wife, née Mansbach.
She married the sales representative Hermann Italie from Rotterdam and lived with him in Groningen in the Netherlands. Their daughter Henny Josette Italie was born on June 23, 1942.
After the birth of their daughter the couple was deported from Groningen to Auschwitz.
There Ruda Italie (aged thirty-one) and her one year old daughter were murdered on September 24, 1943.
