Jettchen Adler was born eighth of ten children of married couple Markus (Mordechai) Adler and his wife Karoline, née Adler on May 13, 1882.

In Frankfurt she married merchant Jakob Rosenzweig from Blasski. Later they moved to Fulda. 1914 and 1916 their sons Artur and Isfried were born. The son Isfried succeeded to go into exile to New York. The destiny of Jakob and Artur Rosenzweig is unknown.
Jettchen Rosenzweig was deported from Fulda to Riga on December 8, 1941. At that time she was fifty-nine years old. The date of her death is unknown.
