Regine Stern was born on August 12, 1878, as the youngest of seven children of the married couple Lazarus Stern and Sara, née Adler.

According to the deportation list she was unmarried and was deported during the third big deportation from Frankfurt to Riga sixty-three years old on November 22, 1941. The transport never arrived at the destination.

Because of congestion the transport was diverted to Kowno where all displaced persons from Frankfurt were murdered on November 25, 1941, without exception. Here, Regina Stern presumably was killed.
